How Physicians Contact You

Listings are designed to support direct, physician-initiated contact.

Each approved listing includes:

  • Your name, phone number, and email displayed on your directory page
  • A private inquiry form that routes directly to you

Form submissions are not shared, resold, or distributed to other lenders.

Many physicians choose to reach out directly by phone or email, which often reflects higher-intent conversations.

How Many Lenders Are Listed Per State

We do not limit lenders by state. Instead, we limit participation by institution. Each bank may designate one loan officer nationwide.

This ensures:

  • No internal competition
  • Clear points of contact for physicians

A consistent experience across the directory

What Makes DoctorLoanPrograms.com Different
This directory was built to support physicians and hospital teams—not to function as a traditional advertising platform.

Key differences include:

  • Nationwide visibility across physicians and healthcare organizations
  • Distribution through multiple channels, including coordinator and physician communications
  • An education-first approach that prioritizes clarity over promotion

While many lenders report regular inbound inquiries, individual results vary, and engagement is driven by physician choice.
Lead Ownership & Data Handling
All inquiries are delivered directly to the designated loan officer.

Doctor Loan Programs™ does not:

  • Insert itself into physician conversations
  • Track transactions
  • Resell or redistribute inquiry data

Physicians engage on their own terms.
Timing & Participation

Interest in physician loan programs tends to increase during periods of recruitment, relocation, and residency transitions.

Institutions positioned in the directory ahead of peak cycles—such as the Match—are better prepared to support those conversations as they arise.
